Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will be responsible to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
 Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
 Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
 Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements
<br />- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or business development and minimum 2 years experience in handling government clients in Qatar.
<br />- Strong network with end users especially MOI & Supreme committee etc.
<br />- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal & written, Arabic language will be an advantage.
<br />- Persistent, proactive & ability to drive business independently.
<br />- Ability to listen and tailor made presentations to meet customer needs.
<br />- Candidate should be available in Qatar and ready to join in short period of time.

Skills
